A family owned it and her two children who graduated as Architects in Florence designed the renovation, hence the gorgeous design feel. I travelled to Scilily with my fluent Italian friend and found this little gem before I left on the Internet. We only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to return and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syracuse!!įar better than I expected. All staff we met were more than helpful and truly wanted us to enjoy our visit. The owner (Senora) even printed out maps for us before we left as we were heading west along the coast and weren't quite sure where we'd be stopping - she gave us many options. The room is very comfortable (bed too!) and the bathroom is wonderful as well. The hotel is close to shops/restaurants etc.

He then pulled out a map and showed us all of the sites to see plus restaurants along the way. And we were not disappointed! When we pulled up, a gentleman came outside immediately to assist us.showed us the room and then helped with bags. We are on a 3 week "viaggio" in Italy with no particular itinerary so its nice to have Trip Advisor to help guide us! The other reviews for this hotel led us here. Review your stay at Hotel Cavalieri in SiracusaĮxcellent stay in Syracuse! I found this quaint hotel on Trip Advisor (in the car on our way into Syracuse-driving from Catania).
